These terms govern your use of the software and services provided by KC Technology Ltd. By opening an account or using the service you agree to them. Please read them before subscribing.
1The service
We provide subscription software that automates the day to day operation of an online selling business. That includes synchronising a catalogue across connected platforms, scheduling publication, collecting messages into a single inbox, handling media, automating postage, and generating a storefront on a customer's own domain.
The service is provided on a software as a service basis. We host and maintain it. You are licensed to use it for the duration of your subscription. You do not receive ownership of the software.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You may be required to complete identity and age verification before certain features become available, and we may suspend an account where verification is not completed or cannot be validated.
If you open an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
3Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
- You must give accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4Connected platforms
The service can connect to third party platforms on your instruction. Those platforms are operated by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you connect. Where a platform changes, restricts or removes access, the corresponding feature may stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to restore it, but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any third party integration.
5Your content
You keep ownership of the content, listings, images and data you put into the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, transmit and display that content in order to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for holding the rights to it. Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
6Fees and payment
Subscription fees are published on our site and charged monthly in advance. Fees are quoted in pounds sterling. Additional connected platforms and optional services are charged in addition to the base subscription.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until the account is brought up to date. We may change prices, and where we do we will give reasonable notice before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

7Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to carry out maintenance with as little disruption as possible. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and background work such as synchronisation and publishing runs on a queue and timing may vary.
8Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account where these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached, where verification cannot be completed, where payment fails, or where we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider.
Where we end an account other than for breach, we will give reasonable notice. On termination your right to use the service stops. You should export anything you need before the account closes.
9Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with the service in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
